Our consultant role is both a consulting and leadership position. You’ll get the opportunity to help a bright talent bloom into a thriving career, while doing meaningful consulting work for clients, and continuing to develop your consulting and leadership skills.

Consulting Apprentices
We offer equitably paid apprenticeship opportunities for college students and recent graduates. Consulting projects provide an accelerated learning environment and exposure to a wide variety of experiences, companies, and career paths. Through a mentorship pairing with experienced consultants and extensive training, you’ll get the hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional development required to launch your leadership career.
Our apprenticeship program is made available through non-profit organizations supporting education access and STEM careers in Washington state. We currently have a waiting list for consulting apprenticeships.
