As someone who grew up in a low-income household, my career horizons were limited to the jobs I saw around me. But mentors who saw my potential opened my eyes to possibilities I never knew existed, guiding me toward a fulfilling leadership career in professional services.

This personal journey fuels my passion for what we do at TalentBloom. I've spent my entire career in consulting, not just because I love helping organizations grow and improve, but because I've seen firsthand how the right opportunities combined with genuine mentorship can transform lives.
