Our consulting apprentices are high potential emerging leaders. They have the drive to learn and grow, and the motivation to make a difference in the world. They just need the mentorship, experience, and network that TalentBloom provides to launch their leadership career.

A Message From Our Founder, Denise Nelson
TalentBloom is the genesis of my passion for serving clients, developing others, and desire to help organizations take real action toward their diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. I love consulting and helping organizations improve and grow, and I’ve dedicated my entire career to it. I get joy from helping others grow their careers, and creating a cultural environment where they can thrive.
Growing up in a low-income household, I only knew about the jobs around me. I was fortunate to find mentors that saw potential, that helped me find professional services and develop a long and meaningful leadership career.
TalentBloom is my way of paying it forward and adding a multiplier effect. I’m applying what I’ve learned to help others, enlisting a team of passionate and experienced consulting mentors to do the same, and including client partners that value equity and inclusion. It takes all of us, and together, we are making a difference.
